The company soon specialized in the design and production of milling machines for producing joints on drawers, boxes and furniture, becoming a world leader in the production of “dovetail Joint” and wooden boxes machines.

Caracteristics:

• Automatic two-axis milling machine with NC control, designed to achieve the dovetails and parallel indents for drawers and furniture components
• Equipped with a spindle and a mill cutter that allows the production of indents of different heights.
• The machine cuts single male or female individual pieces, and male-female pieces simultaneously
• The locking / un-locking of the pieces is controlled manually by means of pneumatic cylinders and valves.
• The CNC control is programmed to manufacture two (2) types of fixed pitch joints, 25mm and 50mm.
• All adjustments are easily carried out by following the instructions of the software displayed on the monitor
• Settings by CNC: 1- Position of the 1^st indent 2- Quantity of indents 3- Fixed pitch joints (25mm or 50mm)  4- Thickness of the work piece 5- Depth of the indent 6- Tool diameter (compensation after sharpening) 7- Movement speed
