Boring Device for Cabineo Lamello 3MATIK

It is no more necessary to own a CNC machining centre anymore to prepare parts for assembly with the Cabineo system. Thanks to this new 3Matik new boring device, it is now possible for the artisan and small shops to play in the big leagues and get similar results.

• The 3Matik boring device consists of a chuck that moves vertically on two 12 mm (1/2") machined steel rods that are fixed on a base
• A 10mm (3/8") dia arbor activates the chuck which runs a set of 3 spindles, one on the right and two on the left. Three 15mm dia boring bits are mounted in order to perform a series of 3 juxtaposed holes for inserting a Cabineo one-piece connector
• The base is bored laterally to allow the addition of a 10mm (3/8 ") round bar for reference purposes (not included). 2 clamping bolts are provided for this purpose
• The travel distance is 90mm (3-1/2") and 2 springs ensure the return of the chuck to its starting position
• An adjustable locking bolt allows you to block the boring depth in order to get 3 blind holes
• Install it on a drill press or use it with a portable drill and you're in production.  Adjust the speed according to the type of material without exceeding 1800 RPM
• You only have to bore a 5mm hole in the vertical partition and voila
