The 60-163MW (maximum wear) model is a double-flute compression type solid carbide bit specifically designed for cutting melamine and machining double-sided laminated and veneered wood composites. It combines two spiral flutes, one up cut and one down cut, that leads chips to the middle of the board, leaving a smooth finish (no chipping) on the top and the bottom of the board.
Designed for maximum life, its unique geometries and carbides improve the wear characteristics of the tool under abrasive applications with superior part finish.
