Description

At the beginning, in the industry, blow guns were used by operators for cleaning their workstation and also to clean themselves at the end of the shift (a practice that is no longer tolerated). Today, blow guns are mainly used for cleaning parts, clearing chips and maintaining clean work areas.

TOPRING blow guns are considered among the most secured because they exceed OSHA requirements. If the nozzle is obstructed, a check valve located inside the mechanism immediately shuts off the airflow. When the nozzle is cleared, the valve snaps to release the air again. Thus a worker will never risk being exposed to a dangerous blast of air on his skin.

  • As it offers no restrictions, like most of blow guns available on the market, it is recommended to plug it on a pressure regulator pre-adjusted to 30 PSI
  • Nice blue gun equipped with ¼ NPT female connection and 4 "(10cm) long x ¼"(6mm) dia. tube
  • Its ergonomic conception reduces fatigue and symptoms associated to carpal tunnel
  • Consumes 10.2 CFM and noise level is 84 dB to 87 PSI

Tip of the boss: For best results, operate by small jerky strokes.
