This single-sided, digitally-controlled Platinum tenoning machine has been developed to meet the needs of users looking for flexibility, speed, precision and safety. Designed specifically for squaring and accurately dimensioning panels, it can also be used for edge profiling and tenoning.

Flexibility

Mounted on a double tenoning machine frame, its heavy monobloc structure eliminates the need to anchor the machine to the floor, ensuring maximum rigidity and maximum flexibility, since less floor space is required.

Speed

The moving side and its infeed guide move simultaneously thanks to servo motors. The movement cycle has been designed to enable fast, optimal sequential processing, particularly effective for the production of small or non-standard batches. Also of note is the use of pneumatically-attached HSK shafts, which speed up and facilitate tool changeover.

Precision

The presence of two infeed guides (right and left), retractable cleats and numerous mechanical and digital indicators all contribute to maximum precision. The machine is equipped with an anti-splinter function that ensures a splinter-free panel at both ends.

Safety

Built to CE standards and CSA-approved, this machine offers a number of safety features, including a warning light indicating operating status, and four strategically located emergency stops. A centralized lubrication system and a soundproof cab equipped with fittings and dust extraction outlets facilitate maintenance.
