- Precisely machined from cast iron, the body and sliding jaws are aligned with two 5/8"(15mm) dia steel guide rods and the main screw for smooth action. Throat depth is 1-1/2"(40mm)
- Unique V grooved polypropylene covered jaws allow to hold round and thin materials gently but firmly. Pipe jaw capacity is 7/8"(22mm) dia.
- Under pressure, its jaws conform around the contours of the work piece and then return to their original shape when the piece is removed. Jaw width is 3-1/2"(90mm)
- The sliding jaw section can be easily removed from the front of the vise body and insert into the back end. This reversible configuration doubles the opening. Regular jaw opening is 3-1/2"(90mm) while the reverse jaw opening is 7"(175mm)
- The vise body rotates 360° for added flexibility and the base is countersunk to accept screws for easy bench mounting
- Compact and weighing 8.4lb/3.8kg, its unique design allows to be used as a pen press
