Delivery & Returns
The BELFAB MPJC H4 & H8 dust collectors from the MPJC series are down-flow modular cartridge dust collectors (horizontal cartridges) with pulse jet cleaning system.
These units are built of heavy-duty 11-gauge fully welded structurally reinforced steel. This feature allows the H4 & H8 to be used in a wide range of pressure and applications requirements.
The H4 & H8 models use standard size cartridges, available in multiple filter media type. The filter media can be selected to meet the requirements of your manufacturing process such as but not limited to: grinding, welding, buffing, sanding, smelting etc…
The H4 collector provides an optimal air-to-cloth ratio for ranges between 1000 – 6400 CFM per filtration module. The H8 collector provides an optimal air-to-cloth ratio for ranges between 4000 – 14500 CFM per filtration module.
UPGRADABLE BLOWER
The modular filter concept and upgradeable blower feature allows to increase the CFM capacity and filtration surface of the H4 & H8 collectors with a simple and cost effective retrofit.
PULSE CLEANING TECHNOLOGY
BELFAB’s MPJC-H4 & H8 collector systems use an innovative “Tear Drop Even flow” pulse cleaning technology. This unique airflow distribution technology evenly forces the pulse of air through the entire length of the cartridge.
With the TDEF system, cartridges are cleaned top to bottom with each pulse, reducing the pressure drop across the filters after clean-up cycles and allowing the complete surface of the cartridges to be used for filtration. The life expectancy of your cartridgeswill be increased by this new cleaning technology.
