This edge bander features 2 applicator rolls and is specially designed to apply hot melt glue on the edging thus allowing the production of curved pieces, or on the panel for straight pieces.
The universal loader can supply materials in coils or strips such as: PVC, polyester, veneers, plastic laminates.
Phenolic table with gliding pods (moveable) raises work piece off table top allowing space for bottom overhang, tilt table to 45°.
The pneumatic guillotine can cut rolls of material such as PVC to a max. thickness of 3 mm.
The edge length is controlled by an electronic millimeter counter and by an encoder for precision.
Motorized roller provides feed at a variable speed from 3.0M/min to 20M/min.
Note: For 3 mm PVC the results (ex. : cutting, internal radius) may vary according to material hardness.
