Characteristics
Small and productive
With a footprint of only about 50ft², this CNC compact work center can produce 100 cabinets per day with only one operator.
Versatile performance
The POINT K3 can perform drilling on the surface and on all four sides of the panel as well groove, rout and cut square and shaped parts. There is no limit to panel length. Parts can be either returned to the operator in the front or fed through to the rear of the machine.
DDT Double Dynamic Transport (Patented)
Double Gripper System with enhanced brushless motors for moving the workpiece in the “X” axis (continually): it can also work with a single gripper for smaller pieces. It allows to make grooves, rout without any interruption in the milling for a smooth quick operation. Panel thickness: min 3mm to 50mm max.
Bar Nesting System (Patented)
This hardware/software system offers the advantages of nesting without any limitation in the execution of horizontal holes (a limited operation on traditional CNC Nesting machines).
Double “0” Panel Reference
New generation laser to detect front and rear ends of the workpiece. The program can readjust the drilling position at the bottom of the workpiece to have a perfect fit between the horizontal and the vertical workpieces. The laser is composed of a transmitter and a receiver to avoid any errors caused by the color of the material.
Newly Patented Boring Group
High rigidity boring head movement on X and Y axis.
New Calibration System
This feature allows moving the reference from 0 to 3mm (edge band thickness) on all 4 sides of the workpiece by shifting the reference point on the right-hand side fence.
New Four Position Tool Magazine
With automatic change of the tooling managed by the Controller. The new magazine is now accessible for the side of the machine and can also receive the special clusters for angular grooving, for the Lamello CLAMEX or for the OVVO system.
New Updated Software
Software for TPA writing and License for programming, drawing and creation of files from the office or from another workspace.
