Bessey™, the inventor of the parallel clamp, innovated in 2009 by launching a brand new “REVOlutionary” clamp, the REVO™. Designed to replace the classical K-Body model, the KR series had the same basic features while being 30% more powerful with many technical refinements. In 2018, improvements were made and an even more powerful new KRE series was introduced to the market. 

The REVO™ clamp is much more than a simple clamp; it is a real clamping system. No more clamping or spreading problems of furniture casings. The REVO™ system probably offers the most powerful and parallel clamping in the world through these irreplaceable assets:

• Jaws have anti-slide mechanism that holds them in place during set-up
• Jaws have 5-3/4"(145mm) x 2"(50mm) clamping surface and are equipped with removable protective pads that make it easier to clean glue and avoid marking delicate materials
• Jaws provide 3-3/4"(95mm) clamping depth as well as an equal parallel clamping on their entire surface
• Jaws also allow side and back rail clamping for multiple applications
• Made from reinforced polyamide, they are shock, glue, lacquer and solvent-resistant
• The clamping jaw is fitted with a large composite soft grip handle that allows comfortable grasp and superior torque
• There is a 6mm hex steel socket in the handle to allow the use of a cordless drill/impact driver for faster and stronger operation
• A removable end stop keeps the clamp in place on a flat surface while avoiding the accidental release of the clamping jaw
• The 1-3/16"(30mm) wide x 5/16"(8mm) thick rail allows clamping pressures up to 1700 lbs over lengths ranging from 12"(300mm) to 98"(2490mm)
• A pair of movable polyamide brackets slides along the rail to prevent direct contact between the rail and the workpiece thus preventing annoying stains
• The clamping jaw can be removed and reversed turning the clamp from the clamping mode to the spreader mode
• Mainly intended for professionals as well as the industry, the REVO™ KRE system is available in two series: KRE and KREV
• The special feature of the KRE series is that the fixed jaw does not move; it always remains at the rail end
