The Steel City brand was launched in North America in 2005 with the mission of providing quality, innovative equipment at competitive prices. Product was designed and developed locally and produced in Asia. In 2015, the brand was sold to Nordis Distribution Inc., a Canadian wholesaler and importer. With the original mission in mind, production was moved back to Taiwan and thanks to the collaboration of these proud manufacturers the product range has grown to over 60 different models serving both the artisan and industrial woodworking market segments.
